The New Food Economy analyzes JAMA Internal Medicine Study on Organic Food and Cancer

A recent study published in JAMA Internal Medicine, based on the “NutriNet-Santé” pool of nutrition volunteers in France has asserted that a diet of organic food can reduce the risk of cancer. The New Food Economy writes that while this study isn’t baseless and ought to be considered, it takes several shaky steps in it’s methodology and should be taken with a grain of salt.
